I really like this book but I have one complaint. Sometimes she is unnecessarily vague. I haven't worked in DOS commands in years so I am having to dredge too much out of my memory. Too much time spent in trial and error before I finally get things to work. Otherwise, it has been a wealth. I have used DITA in Framemaker and with a CMS and publishing system. This is the first time I have had to do DITA manually and this book has made it doable.
Best book for DITA, by far, if you're interested in customizing your PDF output.
