I ordered this book for myself and received a color copy with very beautiful and appetizing photos of the food/recipes. I like it so well I bought a second one to give as a gift and received a black and white copy with no pictures of the food/recipes. I sent it back and requested another color copy but this morning received another black and white version. Maybe I'm being too picky but I think the black and white "newspaper print" approach is not a good look for a cookbook.
once again...this was ordered for my 82 yo mother who is constantly looking for better diets and choices to keep her here cooking and doing yard work that she enjoys...she has enjoyed this book.
The book is very easy to read and interesting if you are planning to start an Anti-Inflammation diet. I would highly recommend this book to you.
Very informative and written so anyone can understand it
I have tried a few tips and they are working for me. If I could stick with it, this book is key to my healthy living. I have told friends with same or similar issues and they also purchased the book.
Haven't read this book yet but the production quality is very poor. The pages were either printer poorly or cut poorly. Half of the page numbers are missing because they were cut off.
Thank goodness for this book! It is a treasure-trove of easy-to-understand information, and as the writers make clear from the beginning, one can "jump in anywhere" and find whatever is needed at the moment. A great publication, as easy to handle as it is to read (for those of use with "older" hands). HIGHLY recommend this for the health-conscious, and those determined to become so, of any age.
The book arrived quickly and is in very good shape for a used copy. It is informing me about inflammation, a condition I kept hearing about without really understanding what it is and how to deal with it. The book suggests grocery items to purchase and those to avoid, which is very helpful. Anyone with arthritis could benefit from reading it and following its guidelines.
